Equipment

  • 3 Microwave-Safe Cups
  • Parchment paper
  • Disposable Candy Piping Bag (optional)
  • Spoon or spatula
  • Freezer (optional, for quick setting)

Ingredients

  • 12 Oreo Cookies
  • 12 4 " Lollipop Sticks
  • 1 cup Red Candy Melts
  • 1 cup Pink Candy Melts
  • 1 cup White Candy Melts
  • Assorted Sprinkles jumbo hearts, mini hearts, sugar pearls
  • 1 tsp Coconut Oil optional, for thinning candy melts

Instructions

  • Separate the Oreo cookies by gently twisting them into two halves.
  • Melt a small amount of any candy melt color in a microwave-safe cup (20-second increments, stirring each time).
  • Dip the tip of a lollipop stick into the melted candy, place it between the two halves of the Oreo, and press gently to secure. Allow the candy to set completely, using the freezer for 5–10 minutes if needed.
  • Melt red candy melts in a microwave-safe cup, stirring every 20 seconds until smooth. Repeat this process for pink and white candy melts in separate cups. Add coconut oil if needed to achieve a smooth consistency.
  • Dip each Oreo pop into the melted candy, fully coating the cookie. Let excess candy drip off before placing it on parchment paper.
  • Decorate with sprinkles while the candy coating is still wet.
  • (Optional) Melt additional candy melts and drizzle patterns over the pops using a disposable piping bag.
  • Allow the pops to cool and set completely before serving or packaging.

Notes

Use fresh Oreos to prevent breaking during assembly.
Double-stuffed Oreos provide extra stability.
Adjust the candy melt colors and decorations for different holidays or events.
