

Stove Top Stuffing Meatloaf
This easy and flavorful meatloaf uses Stove Top stuffing mix for incredible seasoning and texture, topped with a sweet and tangy glaze.

Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with foil for easy cleanup.
- In a large bowl, combine the Stove Top stuffing mix with chicken broth (or water) and let it sit for 5 minutes.
Mix the Meatloaf
- Add ground beef, eggs, and ¼ cup of ketchup to the softened stuffing mix and gently mix until combined.
- Shape the mixture into a compact loaf and place it on the prepared baking sheet.
Make the Glaze
- In a small bowl, mix together ½ cup ketchup, brown sugar, and mustard. Spread it over the meatloaf.
Bake
- Bake in the preheated oven for 45-55 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).
- For an extra glossy finish, apply another layer of glaze in the last 10 minutes of baking.
Rest & Serve
- Let the meatloaf rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
