Method
Bake the Brownies
- Preheat the oven and prepare the brownie mix according to the package instructions.
- Bake and cool completely before moving to the next step.
Make the Cookie Dough
- In a mixing bowl, cream together butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add the vanilla extract and mix well.
- Gradually mix in the flour until combined.
- Stir in milk and mix until a dough forms.

Shape and Freeze
- Roll the cookie dough into small balls (about 1 inch in diameter) and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Freeze for at least 30 minutes to help them hold their shape when wrapped in brownie.
Wrap with Brownie
- Once the brownies have cooled, cut them into small squares.
- Flatten each brownie square and wrap it around a frozen cookie dough ball, sealing the edges to form a bomb.
Dip in Chocolate
- Melt the chocolate candy coating according to the package instructions.
- Using a fork or spoon, dip each brownie bomb into the melted chocolate, ensuring it’s fully coated.
- Place the coated bombs back on parchment paper and allow the chocolate to set and harden.
