Ingredients
  

  • 4 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter softened
  • 4 cups powdered sugar sifted
  • 1/2 tsp peppermint extract or preferred flavor
  • Food coloring pink, red, or desired Valentine's colors
  • Granulated sugar for rolling
