Notes

Make-Ahead Friendly: Prepare the sangria a day in advance to allow the flavors to meld fully. Add sparkling water just before serving for the best fizz.
Adjust Sweetness: If you prefer a sweeter sangria, add a drizzle of honey or simple syrup to taste.
Use Seasonal Fruits: Swap or add fruits based on availability—grapes, persimmons, or even frozen cherries work beautifully.
Chill Thoroughly: This drink tastes best when served cold. Consider adding frozen cranberries or fruit slices instead of ice to avoid diluting the flavor.
Garnish for Presentation: Fresh rosemary sprigs not only look festive but also add a subtle herbal aroma.
Non-Sparkling Option: If you prefer no fizz, simply omit the sparkling water—it’s still delicious!
