Ingredients
  

  • Crust:
  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter melted
  • Cheesecake Filling:
  • 16 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup Nutella or any chocolate-hazelnut spread
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 3 tbsp powdered sugar for whipping the cream
  • Garnish Optional:
  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
  • Whipped cream for topping

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the Crust: In a medium mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs with melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan. Refrigerate while you prepare the filling.
  • Whip the Cream: In a large bowl, combine heavy whipping cream and powdered sugar. Using an electric mixer, whip until stiff peaks form. Set aside.
  • Make the Nutella Filling: Beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add Nutella, vanilla extract, and powdered sugar, mixing until smooth.
  • Fold in the Whipped Cream: Gently fold the whipped cream into the Nutella mixture until fully incorporated.
  • Assemble the Cheesecake: Pour the filling over the crust, spreading it evenly. Cover and refrigerate for 4-6 hours or until firm.
  • Garnish and Serve: Once set, remove from the springform pan and garnish with mini chocolate chips and whipped cream if desired. Serve chilled.
