Instructions
 

  • Step 1: Prep the Mushrooms
  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking sheet.
  • Remove the stems from the mushrooms, creating a cavity for the filling.
  • Step 2: Make the Filling
  • In a mixing bowl, combine crabmeat, breadcrumbs, cream cheese, mayonnaise, lemon juice, parsley, and Old Bay seasoning. Mix until evenly combined.
  • Step 3: Stuff the Mushrooms
  • Use a small spoon or melon baller to fill each mushroom cap with the crab mixture. Press lightly to ensure the filling stays in place.
  • Step 4: Add the Topping
  • Sprinkle the tops of the stuffed mushrooms with grated Parmesan cheese.
