  • Mixing bowls
  • Whisk and spatula
  • Measuring cups and spoons
  • Toothpick

Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 1/2 cups graham crackers coarsely chopped
  • 1 1/2 cups marshmallow fluff

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line a 9x13-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, mix the melted butter, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  • Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
  • Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  • Gently fold in the chocolate chips.
  • Pour half of the brownie batter into the prepared pan, spreading it evenly.
  • Cover the batter with a layer of coarsely chopped graham crackers.
  • Spread the marshmallow fluff evenly over the graham crackers.
  • Top with the remaining brownie batter, spreading it gently to cover the marshmallow fluff.
  • Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
  • Let the brownies cool completely in the pan before cutting into squares.

Notes

Feel free to swap granulated sugar for brown sugar for a deeper flavor.
Add nuts like walnuts or pecans for extra crunch.
Use mini marshmallows if you don’t have marshmallow fluff, though the texture will differ slightly.
Be careful not to overbake; a few moist crumbs on the toothpick means they’re done.
