  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Olive oil spray (or a light drizzle of olive oil)

Instructions

1. Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup and to prevent sticking.

2. Prepare the Artichokes

Pat the artichoke hearts dry with paper towels. This step is key to achieving a crispy texture, as it removes any excess moisture.
