Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups cooked chicken (shredded or diced)
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup fresh spinach or lettuce (optional)
  • Olive oil (for cooking)

Tools You’ll Need

  • Large mixing bowl
  • Skillet or non-stick pan
  • Spatula
  • Knife for slicing wraps in half

Instructions

1. Prepare the Filling

In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, shredded mozzarella, softened cream cheese, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix everything until you have a well-combined, cheesy filling.

2. Assemble the Wraps

Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spoon a generous amount of the chicken and cheese filling onto the center of the tortilla. If you’re adding fresh spinach or lettuce, layer it on top of the filling. Fold in the sides and roll up the tortilla tightly to make a sealed wrap.

3. Cook the Wraps

In a skillet, heat a drizzle of olive oil over medium heat. Place the wraps seam-side down in the skillet. Cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side until the tortilla is golden and the cheese has melted, giving you a crispy, gooey wrap.

4. Serve Warm

Remove the wraps from the skillet, slice them in half, and serve warm. Pair them with a side salad, salsa, or your favorite dipping sauce!
